    Street light 40 is out. I get that it's daytime and it is supposed to be off but it remains this way at night, too. I noticed this the morning before the big storm and am only getting around to reporting it now. Thanks!

    We need a street light in front of my property. There is a pole but no lights. The nearest in the corner of 5th Ave and park St, but that light does not help in front of my property. Every summer cars come at night time and park there to do drugs and to have sex. My have been broken into too before which I have reported to the police. I have 3 kids and I do not need them to smell or see any of this. I have requested this a few years before and never received a respond.

    FYI - the National Grid streetlight portal appears to have problems. Relating to request 16289169, I called National Grid today because the portal showed no issues with the light and it's still out. They couldn't find the tickets you entered nor one that I entered - and I was looking at the confirmation email for mine as I spoke to them. They entered SL2077637 on it this morning so maybe they'll address the light. I told them to follow up on why the portal seems not to work. Calling them might be an issue for you unless you have the city's account number handy because of course they have one of those stupid automated VRU systems blocking access unless you say all the right things.
