After Hours / Critical IssuesRiconosciuto701 S. Boylan Avenue Raleigh, North Carolina - CentralPlease ask City of Raleigh Inspections Dept. to investigate whether someone is living at 701 S. Boylan Avenue without proper permits. The house has no electricity but a car is parked in the front yard many mornings and a dog continues to be chained to the front porch during the day. Recently the dog was alone all day and began barking non-stop in the evening presumably because it didn't have food or water. Thank you.

After Hours / Critical IssuesRiconosciutoWade Avenue & U.S. 70 & U.S. 401 Raleigh, NC 27603, USA - MordecaiAfter observing traffic for years, it'd be helpful if the yield sign included another for 'no merge lane.' See too many people who expect a merge lane and brake hard last minute.

401 E Martin St Raleigh, North Carolina - CentralI am not sure if this is the right category. Middle school children have to cross a busy intersection to get to Moore Square Middle. There is no crosswalk or stop sign.

After Hours / Critical IssuesRiconosciuto2000 New Hope Church Road Raleigh, North Carolina - Falls Of NeuseI'm posting in this category because no others are appropriate. at the intersection of St. Albans and New hope Church if you are driving towards Wake Forest Rd. there is no legal way to make a left turn onto St. Albans. There is a median that needs to be removed and replaced with a left turn lane. People are forced to either make a U- turn or cut through a business parking lot in order to get onto St. Albans. I can see no logic behind this median being there. Also, I do not want to hear that this is because too many cars would be turning left and traffic might back up onto the railroad tracks. That's baloney. This needs to be corrected immediately.

201-299 East North Street Raleigh, North Carolina - North Central
I reported this utility pole to Duke Energy Progress yesterday morning when I saw that it was leaning towards the street. This morning I drove by it again and is is leaning even further into the street. Yesterday it was not fully touching the nearby No Parking sign but today it is.
This pole has a transformer on it but no guy wire. It is slowly pushing itself out of its hole. When it finally goes over it will take out the tree next to it and probably a few cars, too.
I post this not because I expect CoR to fix it but for documentation purposes. Perhaps the city can convince DEP to do something about it as well.

After Hours / Critical IssuesRiconosciuto201 S Blount St Raleigh, North Carolina - CentralI was helping put on an event in Moore Square this past weekend. There was a broken utility cover on the ground (water utility I guess... Oval-ish shaped.... Band aid shaped). There was a large hole in the cover. I tried to pin point on the map exactly where it was, but I could be off. We put duct tape over it for Saturday but I'm sure that will not last. This damaged cover is a tripping hazard. Also lots of the light poles in and around the square were damaged. The bases were knocked off kilter where water or hands could get inside near the wires. I noticed some on Person street as well on the opposite side of the street from the park. Also... What is up with this typing field.... If I go off this field and try to come back it is very difficult to get to the bottom where I was typing or to scroll back up to check what I've written. Doing this on an android phone. Thx!
