Called 311 operator last week to request status of issue number 20020758311. Was told that because the ticket was so old that a supervisor would need to go out and take a look at it to determine the extent and proposed solution of the problem. Was asked for a callback telephone number so that the supervisor could call back and advise of what they saw after field visit. provided one however never received a call.
