Could not get through on Public Works phone number, though I did leave a phone message. A large tree in front of the house at 3600 Mangels Ave. has a split trunk, and half the tree is overhanging the street in a very overbalanced way. Service people who come to my house at 3627 Mangels Ave. are afraid to walk under it in case it splits and falls, and neighbors are afraid it will fall and crush us as we drive under it to get to 35th Ave. Please have it pruned. Thanks!
