Please note that every evening and from 7 pm to 6 am, the entire building remain without of heat and hot water.
We are about 300 adults and most of them are children are suffering this situation everyday.
We call the landlord "Mr Abraham Greensapn" at 212 873-0567 and informed him but no taken at all.
Therefore, please help us NOW as a matter of VERY EMERGENCY,

Hi Elizabeth,
We have called Mr. Greenspan and his office assistant several times. They said they would ask the super to fix the problem.
In the meantime, we filed a complaint on your behalf with 311: #4975257. HPD is supposed to send someone within 48 hours to check the building. You can call to check the status of the complaint.
We will also continue to call your building manager until the problem is resolved.
