I am President of the Rowes DT HOA. Many of our neighbors (myself included) have noticed that many of the lights on the Alpha Loop behind Midwick, Rowes Downtown and Voysey are out. In fact, there are more out than are operational. It is VERY dark on the trail and obviously this creates several concerns, not the least of which is safety. With so many people using the trail in the evenings and at night for walks and getting back and forth from DT to Avalon, this is dangerous (and honestly a tripping or falling hazard as it really is hard to see very far on a cloudy night). We love this trail and love using it, but after walking tonight and seeing all of the outages, we are concerned and would like to have this addressed promptly, especially as the days grow shorter.
