Opis

At the crosswalk crossing Lowell street at the intersection of Lowell and University, the pedestrian walkway signal is broken. When you push the button the voice reports that it is safe to cross while the crosswalk light is still off, and cars are still driving across the crosswalk. Seems dangerous for people with vision impairment. Help?
