Opis

Damaged COR street sign pole. (Pole was reinstalled just a couple weeks ago. For location, reference original service request ID: #1214803 opened 9/16/21. That issue [SCF Issue ID: 11102098] has been archived, so I can't reopen.) Signs appear OK but pole now severely leaning and very loose. (Appears to have been moved/hit or pulled up from the ground. Found sign orientation had rotated 90 degrees, causing the roadways to be mislabeled.)

***Physical location is the SE corner of Ray Road and Howard Road*** 

(Because SCF sees these streets as beyond city limits thus unreportable, I dropped pin on nearest COR address that borders this street corner.)
