Opis
The top of the storm water drain in front of house was rebuilt by a city crew a few months ago. The concrete did not set properly and the entire structure is now cracking and crumbling away. This could be hazardous if support for the metal cover is undermined.

8/3/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with the basin inlet concrete not setting properly has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Management ( Request #20020857242 ) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
