Can’t use the beautiful walking trail anymore, my daughter use to run there everyday .. too scared now

It's one guy, he is sleeping during the day there all the time, he has said hi to me.....
I think we get a 4-5 people and just carry everything away when he's not there, to the dumpster nearbye at marina.
There's no excuse for being an eyesore, inconveniencing people, collecting mounds and mounds of trash and electronics. ( Go Figure?) In three shopping carts.....polluting the water nearbye.....
Homelessness is ok. But there are plenty of places outside the public eye, and not on a walkway/bike path. And then there's something to say about keeping your homeless shelter clean, and disposing of your own trash. There's many open dumpsters around to put your garbage in......
So, this man has violated social norms, outstayed his welcome, is not respectful to anyone else....
Thus, he deserves to be uprooted, inconvenienced, violated, have all his stuff taken......??

The solution is not within the abilities of CSS staff. This request cannot continue to be assigned to an office that is totally unresponsive to the community it serves. Doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results is…. Not working.
