What began as illegal dumping has morphed into a small homeless encampment. The trash remains and continues to grow in volume.
Someone has broken into the RR control box near the tracks. Large amounts of trash and dried shrubbery have been piled next to the fence, creating a potential fire hazard for private property. Please address this issue soon, before it grows in size and hazard.
