New York Ave. from Congress Street to South Street has become the Indy 500 racetrack! Manics zoom down the block at 40 plus mph! This block is the one used by speeders to avoid Palisade Ave and the lights. This is also only block on New York Ave coming off Congress Street to Ravine Road that does not have speed reduction strips. Please do not ask in a Pandemic for us to go door to door for signatures. Everyone on this block wants this issue rectified. Before someone gets killed!

Besides… Me having to get 30 signatures during a pandemic to fix a problem that is both obvious and dangerous to citzens is ABSURD!
