The traffic signal at this intersection is not using the sensors for timing and instead is going to default functions. The main function for brier creek is too long at times of day long cycles are not needed. The function for crossing traffic on Vogel is not activating by sensors causing long waits when not needed such as low traffic volumes. The crossing cycle of Vogel is also extremely short during high traffic volume times that won’t allow the side street to clear or even allow about half the volume clear.
