Ridge Pike traffic is favored over heavy southbound 363/Park Ave traffic (25 second green, 2 minute red/yellow.) Usually backs up southbound almost to Germantown Pike during AM rush, yet there is no backup EB/WB on Ridge beyond a half dozen cars at most during their red light cycle.
