How do we get a pedestrian and cyclist bridge between N. Mustang and Quest Park? Quite a few people already use this route, but it's totally unimproved. This will give Quest a much more direct route to the 183A trail, and thus the overall Cedar Park trails network. This will also help mitigate the impact of the missing sidewalk section along 1431 under 183A.
