UPDATE: The vendor company is installing two of the three ballards this week.

Thanks for reporting! The company that makes these custom bollards was able to install all three bollards today. Thanks again for your patience while we had these created, shipped, and installed!

I walked by the area and there has been no repair to the damaged section near River Park nor has there been any replacement of the light pole that is missing or the landscaping that's been damaged.

I don't think you closed out the right ticket. This is damage near Wilson Avenue and Sims street on the West side. The car took out a street light and damaged railing near River Park.

Please check status of the repair and report back the progress. This issue was opened a month ago.

The quote for this section of fence to be repaired has been received and accepted. A fence company has been hired and the section of fence in question is currently being built. We are keeping in contact with the fence company periodically as to the status of this particular repair, and it is looking like it will be installed with in the next couple of weeks.
