We "close" a See Click Fix issue once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain an "Open" case with us until it is corrected. We have added your complaint to the case file. A Code Enforcement Officer recently inspected the property on 10/20/14 and has sent the owner a notice to fix the violation(s). Since this is private property, the City will seek voluntary compliance (of the violations) from the property owner to fix the violation(s). A re-inspection will be conducted on 10/29/14 to check if these Code Enforcement violations were abated. This process may not yield a quick response, but we do our best to work with the property owner to get the violations corrected. Since this is private property, there is due process involved.
