Opis
On the asphalt path that leads from Lake Lynn Park to Lake Lynn, there is a low spot that has become a water hazard. From the beginning of the path at the parking lot, the low spot is 375' down the path toward Lake Lynn.
I've been walking Lake Lynn several times a week for the past ten years. This spot used to get wet the day of and the day after a rain event. Now it is wet nearly all of the time. A few weeks ago, we went through a period of ten days without rain. This low spot was wet for that entire time ... and is still wet.
