At the 4-way stop at the intersection of 9th and Catharine streets, the stop sign for westbound traffic on Catharine street is blocked by a large silver food truck that has been parked there for several months. The sign is essentially invisible to approaching traffic on Catharine. With the amount of foot traffic at this intersection, this a very dangerous situation
