ACE Towing & Recovery, Inc. violated City Ordinance Section 12-7015(b) and 12-7015(e) on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, by refusing to accept credit cart payment and towing my vehicle from a private lot on a weekday between 10-5 without contemporaneous specific written authorization from the lot owner.
