Opis

3 separate times I've sat at the light going northbound on Snow and the green arrow to go west on Mich would cycle and I would wait while cars backed up behind and the light would go thru the whole cycle giving the green signal to turn left on Mich again without giving a green to continue north on Snow. Twice I just turned left from the northbound lane when the 2nd green left signal came up and others followed. The alternative would have been to cautiously gone thru the malfunctioning red light. This doesn't happen regularly but something seems out of order
