Opis

Traffic signal is supposed to be primary green for Durant Rd., and to become red only when activated by vehicle waiting to exit from Camp Durant Rd. It is currently primary green for Camp Durant Rd. causing unnecessary short green light and periodic backups on Durant Rd.
