OBSERVATIONS:

On 6-20- 2023 at 2:50 pm on 1000 Dunlavy St and 3400 W Dallas St, an investigation was conducted for pavement markings. No contact information was provided for this request.

Dunlavy St is a north and south bound street while W Dallas is an east and west bound street with mix paved streets, sidewalks and gutters in a mix area.

During the investigation it was observed that pavement markings On Dunlavy St between W Dallas St and Allen PKWY are no longer visible and need to be refreshed. Val Martinez HPW Section Chief Markings Department was reaches out for records on pavement markings for this segment and stated. ?Yes we do have that location on record as having lane lines, plus he told me that he?s aware of one of our supervisors having a request to have them renewed, and that we should have it done within the next 30-60 days.? Due to the findings a maintenance referral will be sent to HPW Markings Department to refreshed pavement marking (on Dunlavy St) Between 1000 Dunlavy St and 3400 W Dallas St and 700 Dunlavy and 3600 Allen PKWY for north and south bound traffic.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
