A follow through has been conducted and it has been reported that there was an actual water leak at 1802 Elmsmere Avenue and that it has been was repaired by DPU Water team as of 12/11/2011 at 1120PM - rtt

The sinkhole is rapidly getting worse... I think the water leak (meter) is fixed, but the sinkhole is getting deeper. There is currently an orange City cone on top of it. Thanks.

12/14/2011 - Thank you so much for expressing your concerns with the City of Richmond. The situation with a hole being on the sidewalk with an orange cone covering it has been formally reported to DPU Restoration via CIS #5050438 so that restoration/repair can take place accordingly - This hole was reported as a by product of the recent water leak which was repaired earlier this week - rtt

12/14/2011 - Communications has taken place with DPU and this location has been dispatched to be maintenanced using topsoil - rtt
