I drove from Columbus Parkway onto Hwy 37 and directly to Fairgrounds Dr as described, and almost all the streetlights in this area are out. It is dreadfully dark. I have read and posted a streetlight on my street that is out (still not repaired). Why are there so many streetlights out? Are these not monitored? Isn't this a safety concern for our streets, neighborhoods, and freeways?
