So, who maintains this then? This is a BAD pothole? Who do we notify to get it fixed?

One time there was an issue with a storm drain cover near this pothole. It was dangerous, as is this pothole. Somehow the city and the developer responsible for the road worked it out. Could the city please figure out a way to do that again? Or have the developer turn the road over to the city to maintain?

Hmm, this is frustrating, so all we're getting is generic "not our job" posts. Whose job is it then?!?!

Both times when the city closed this issue, you posted links that have nothing to do with this particular issue. Can't you fill the pothole and send the developer a bill? It shouldn't be up to the citizens to figure out who is responsible for maintaining various roads around the city.

I don't think they are reading our comments, because they are not answering our questions about who to contact! Hmmm.... is this all automated or do actual humans read these pages?!?!

Some issues are automated to better serve our community and some are not. In this case this street is privately maintained. Perhaps it is an HOA, business or a developer. The City cannot go out and repair something that does not belong to the City.

Even if it is privately maintained, it is a public shopping area, and to leave it unrepaired must be a city code violation of some sort, right? So, how do we report the code violation? I do not know anything about such matters and am hoping you are more knowledgeable? Please advise.

I have written an email about this issue to Mrs. Crowder, our Councilor. Perhaps that will have more effect. I don't think it is the average citizen's responsibility to know who is in charge of maintaining various roads around town and the city would obviously have more leverage with a developer than we would.
