Cigarette smoking at El Greco, Cafe Cavalli, Cuppa Joe's is now very common. It us done by customers and employees of these establishments. Please enforce non-smoking regulations in places serving the public. The problem is tobacco use, not marijuana use, as the marijuana use at these locations is minimal.
