What is the name and address of the car wash. I am looking at google map from Aug. 2014 and it was wet back then. I can file a complaint with calif water quality control board on Monday. None of the fluids from the car wash are allowed into the storm drains.

Not sure of the name off hand so I looked it up on google maps and it doesn't show a business there. It's on the southwest corner of market and W MacArthur blvd. looks like it's also a used car sale lot maybe?

The name is Classy and Classic Auto detail. 901 W. MacArthur. To file a complaint with Water Quality Control Board call 510-622-2369 they are part of CALEPA. They are in Oakland. The more calls the better.
