I have witnessed the upheaval of the sideway trip a person, almost upset children’s ride on push toys on several occasions and constantly causing difficulties with bikes and strollers. My office is front of our house in plain view during my work day. I have watched this deteriorate over the last year rapidly. The tree is, also, a problem. We can not mow our yard without having the limbs hit us. Deliveries are extremely hard for us. They are now hitting taller folks walking and biking in the sideway. We asked our tree service to trim a couple years ago and they said they were not allow because they belong to the city. Others people concurred that is correct. My request is three fold. 1. Repair sidewalk for public safety concerns 2. Trim the tree for our safety concerns 3. Check tree for disease ( see pics).
