requesting a traffic signal be installed at the other entry/exit into the target center shopping area. vehicles exiting the shopping center cannot see oncoming traffic to the left due to trees blocking the sight of the road. having another controlled intersection will alleviate the main entrance. in addition, when the Starbucks drive thru line gets long, it actually blocks a working traffic lane blocking access to the road. cars have to maneuver around each other.
