Street sweeping company maintains that South Belleair is not part of Belair proper and they do not sweet our street. I pay for trash sweeping just like everybody

Several years ago, Belleair partnered with Largo to conduct regular street sweeping in Belleair, which they should have done while getting compensated by Belleair. On 3/11/2020, I contacted Murphy Michael Shumaker from Belleair, who reached Michael Weaver Streets and Stormwater Supervisor | City of Largo, who told me to contact Matthew R York, Public Works Director for Largo, which I did. Everyone assured me Largo was conducting regular street sweeping on Mehlenbacher. Which I knew 100% was not the truth. Mehlenbacher wasn't even on Belleair's street sweeping schedule.
After weeks of passing the buck, I requested street sweeping records. Months passed, and no one could supply Belleair's street sweeping records. Belleair was later unwilling or unable to provide records of Largo's timetable or what Largo was paid by. Largo never supplied plans or public records regarding compensation. Three years later, I'm still waiting for the requested records. I hope Belleair got a refund into the road for street sweeping.Since April 27, 2021, Belleair's website stated they were finalizing a regular schedule as we recently switched to a new vendor. More “what you don’t know won’t hurt you,” until it does.
