Hi,

My neighbor has a gum tree that is encroaching on a street light in our neighborhood. It partially blocks the streetlight at night. The neighbor is not interested in trimming or removing the tree and the HOA cannot act because the tree is on private property. Is there anything the city of Raleigh does to keep streetlights from being obstructed by trees? Thanks, just trying to keep our street well lit and safe.
