HI, Couple of days ago I was at 7-11 and called 911 the ground was smoking beside this East80 onramp. I watch the fire truck come. You can see there is a growing pile of large black hefty bags on the same area of the onramp. Maybe someone can take care of this or forward it to CalTrans?? Whoever you think best. The large boulders and new trees planted in the area hasn't kept anyone from 'camping' there. Thanks

Go to dot.ca.gov, scroll down and open a Customer Service Request. CalTrans won't be able to address the issues along I-80 in Vallejo if we don't report them.

This is not Caltrans jurisdiction. The city has that information. They burn G*od knows what on a daily basis. Reported multiple times over multiple months. It’s 3rd world squalor.

If CalTrans put the rocks and trees there, its their jurisdiction. At least some of it is theirs. They have the land along the highway, onramps & exits.

Drove by the area on my way home from work. 100% a CalTrans jurisdiction. I opened a ticket with them (when you map the area, their application will confirm the jurisdiction).
