Contractors are renovating this house and have left the sidewalk in this condition for at least 2 months after they did utility work for the property. This is unsafe as there is no proper barrier/signage. It is extremely unlevel, and now with the recent snow, even more so. There are also no visible work permits, and the contractors often block the 3 parking spaces in front of the property with trash bags and cones to reserve spots for their trucks while not having any parking permits. This is a very congested area with limited parking as it is and is a very frustrating situation.
