Q. What is the type of signal?
A. Pedestrian
Q. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
A. A public utility placed a telecommunications line across the roadway in lieu of actually fixing the root cause of the apparent service problem. Is this even legal? It has been like this for at least a week or two.
