Opis

Construction workers from near by housing development keep digging up Laurel Mountain at Ray Road. Making huge mess and blocking view to turn onto and off of Ray Road. They have had this road dug up at least six times so far. Not sure they know what they are doing or have the appropriate permits. They are creating a very dangerous situation both today and yeseterday, as well as in the past.
