vacant house on NE corner of property has open window. Vagrants from the homeless camps in Navajo Wash were seen on 2/11/24 entering the property. Human waste, drug paraphenilia, and trash are visible in and around the property.

A. Corner of Blanton and Santa Rita. 1145 E Blanton has two buildings. One on SW side is occupied by lawful renters. The other, boarded up property in NW corner is a vacant and a public nuisance.
