Roads Supervisor assigned this issue to Town Engineer

+ Salter Pl, paved in September and prob torn up tomorrow.

The lack of coordination among utilities is impressive. Per town ordinance they have to repave curb to curb for any work greater than 50 feet. So while it won't come out of taxes, it will still come out of our wallets since the utility will escalate rates.

The Town is aware of this and unfortunately this was unavoidable due to the need to repair the underground gas infrastructure in this area.
Elizabethtown Gas is required to repave in full all of the roads that they impact and we expect that to all be done by years end. Thank you.
