How well was my street plowed during the storm please add a date and time: On Thursday 2/11 at around 6am the streets in Hempstead were still pretty bad, the snow was very thick and mushy! On the Southern State Parkway going East the roads were very icy and dangerous, hopefully the afternoon commute will be better!!!!
