Opis

The traffic light at the I65 N off ramp to Wedgewood Avenue is on flash when I get off the ramp at 05:15 in the mornings. There is a hill and a railroad tressle to the right that blocks your view and a telephone pole on the left that blocks the view to the other direction. I've nearly been hit several times trying to turn left onto Wedgewood from the off ramp. The traffic light needs to be fully functioning.
