Building is located at the address commonly known as 156 Brunswick St Jersey City NJ. It is a mixed use constructed within the past few years. I recently moved into this building and didn’t receive notice of exemption from rent control from my landlord either before or at the time of signing my lease (or at anytime after) and want to check if they filed the exemption with the city as required by NJSA 2A:42-84.3
