This house is the creepiest structure! It's embarrassing that Central High School attempts to maintain an image of greatness, as well as Habitat and Napier Heights families trying to improve, yet this eye sore sits at one of the busiest spots for traffic. It needs to be addressed and moved to the top of the blight teardown list, please!
