I'm seeing all these tacky looking yellow Real Estate boxes all over town chained to light poles on city right-of-way. Is there any way to get rid of them? Do they have a permit or right to be there? Thank you. Northwest corner of Menaul and San Mateo.

The issue has been escalated to the Associate Director of Planning. I am providing a link to the City of Albuquerque's web page which sites information on illegal signage within the City. http://www.cabq.gov/planning/
The issue is going to be inspected and the determination will be made as to which department has jurisdiction over the particular signs reported. Thank you for your comments.
