Dear Anne Marie, I found out today that the police dept. is two and a half months behind in removing abandoned vehicles. There has been an abandoned Mercedes ML 320 on the 100 block of Farragut for at least 5 months. I reported the vehicle two months ago when it still appeared to be recoverable. In the last 2 months it has been vandalized to the point where it looks like a total loss. And it is still THERE. While your report has been processed in a timely way by the See, Click, Fix, the police have hundreds of cars in front of the one you just reported. Supposedly the police dept is bringing on some new cadets to address the abandoned car issue. Perhaps your wait won't be as long.
