Garbage toters never put in enclosure because it's full of junk. This is right on the curb so please, can we get them to stash the toters IN the enclosure instead of in front?

This is the second time reported, and it's just getting worse, now as you can see, an old box spring is piled up with the rest of the mess.

Between this, the tennants leaving their recycling bins on th curb, and the pile of belongings (looks like an eviction) dumped at the front of the building (been there over 3 weeks), the apartment owners are not being food neighbors to the rest of us.

Please have a talk with these folks.
