Thank you for reporting! See Click Fix is one of the many tools available to the citizens of Vallejo to report non-emergency issues. We "close" a See Click Fix issue once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain an "Open" case with us until it is corrected. A Code Enforcement Officer has opened a case on the property (the case number is CE15-1309). This process may not yield a quick response, but we do our best to work with the property owner to get the violations corrected. Since this is private property, there is due process involved. There is open tub of oil with filter dumped there. Would this be considered a toxic dump?
