Last summer I contacted PEPCO regarding weed growth on the overhead electric lines. They came out and cut the roots (I could have done that), and said they would be back to remove the dead vines. It is now April 17, 2012--the growth is beginning to get green again. Where's all the good service PEPCO proports to be providing its customers?
