There is an abandoned car sitting in front of 4110 Terrace St. gathering debris under its wheels and taking up a valuable parking spot. The owner of this car passed away last year and the car has been sitting there ever since. The tags expired in September of 2011.

You need to add the VIN and license plate number to your complaint as well as call the police and have the car ticketed. You have to call 911 to have the police come out. They can issue the ticket for expired inspection. Also call 311 and have all the information for them as well.
The whole process could take a month. We had the same problem last summer, right around the corner.
