Almost 4 months later and all that has happened is someone has sprayed a circle of white paint around the hole that is growing by the day. It is now big enough and deep enough to not only break a tire or an axle on a car but more importantly someone's ankle if they don't see it while jogging - please come address this

This problem hasn't been fixed since July?! Shame on you City of Richmond :-(

@Andrew Stanley....the only thing the City does quickly is acknowledge these problems (done by a computer). The people part of the equation is another matter unfortunately :-(
