This situation with the No Parking / Reserved Parking signage has been formally reported to Richmond Traffic Sign Management (Request #20020839642 ) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. This management team has been asked to check the validity of the written paper portion of the metal sign that is in the picture.
